wow allstate set me up to get towed from a&r i was expecting some sloppy driver to come tow my car but they were super professional. He called me when he received the call and when he arrived outside my home and even came 10 minutes early unlike usa towing whom i waited 4 hours for !! i cannot explain how proffesional and sweet this guy was . He had it loaded in no time and i made it to the dealership to make my appointment Thank you a&r towing i will be calling you back in the future !

I have a custom 69 Impala that I needed towing to Anthony @ A&R Auto. He recommended these guys and I couldn't have been happier with the service I was provided. This is a very expensive car and they treated it with the white glove service. The manager Chuck is a real class act, and he treated me and my car like the VIP's I think we are.

Very Nice People! Great Customer Service department! Fast towing services! Best Rates in town! The auto Department is fast quick, if your looking for great quality work Anthony and his team of mechanics are the go to!

Horrible service Roadside Assistance contacted A& R to tow my vehicle! I received a message that their ETA would be 90 minutes.(7pm)Well 90 minutes later I called RA, because A&R had not arrived and I was informed that they’d be at my house within 10 minutes. After another call to RA, i was informed 12 more minutes. Mind you I did not receive one call from A&R regarding their ETA, but they want to call me also 3 hours (9:35pm) later? At that point you don’t deserve to pick up car, so I asked RA to dispatch another tow company! If they couldn’t do the job, they should of passed on the call! So inconsiderate, I had things that I could’ve been doing in that 3 hour timeframe, opposed to waiting!!Truly disappointed!!

Anthony is very rude and obnoxious! His staff is not knowledgable about "their policy" with accepting credit card payments. He quoted me a price for some work that I was sure I did not need at an astronomical price at that! I had it towed to another location and SURPRISE it was a much simpler and cheaper fix!! Avoid at all costs unless you have time and money to waste!!

Based on my recent experience... GO ELSEWHERE!!! These people gave me a receipt and then upped the charge on my credit card with no notice. "Abby" told me it was a service charge and when I insisted I had not been informed and my receipt showed the correct charge, she hung up on me. I called back to tell her I was refusing the charge and would write them a check for the correct amount and she hung up on me again. Zero customer service. The above is what actually happened. My opinion is that they should be avoided at all costs. I won't go into the issues with the driver taking an hour and a half to go 2 miles to get to us while we sat on the side of an interstate with cars flying past or hauling my car in the wrong direction for some reason... Just avoid them!

Dreadful service, do not have respect for customer, they was called for my insurance comp , I could not check it, as soon you google it you can witness that they are rude, they put the car whenever they want, they treat you like a bad joke, research please and do not have a horrid experience with them.
