The groomers here show a lot of love and patience with the dogs on their table. The dogs and the groomers are both happy. That's how they get them to co-operate so well.

Recently I took my aging Lab to ADBF. Due to a recent auto accident he was very fearful of ayone touching him. His coat was shaved in places where the received stiches and as he healed, began to look as if he had mange. The ladies at ADBF did a FANTASTIC job. No only did he look great, was calm and playful. I think it made him feel better! Thanks to the ladies for taking care of my "Best Friend."

I took my dog to a dogs best friend 2 times. The first time they did a very good job as a puppy. They trimmed him up had him looking like a show dog. Then I decided they did such a great job I would take him back. Well this time he came out looking like a rat. So skinnney an old. I have a shipzu ( had to spell it like it was not a profane word) and they took all of his hair away and it was beginning to look a lot like winter outside. My poor baby had to wear cloths that didn't even fit his poor little body because they too all of is fur. I told the lady I just wanted a trim and she said that his hair would grow back not to worry. I am so disguesed with this place I would never tell anyone to come into get their beautiful dogs groomed here. Finally after a few months he is back to looking normal and his fur did grow back but I can't believe I was embarrested to bring my rat-dog out in public because he was so ugly when they finished.. I wished they would have told me they were going to cut not trim.. They should have stuck to just giving me what I asked for not going out on a limb and doing their own thing with my DOG! I have no intentions on going back their.

My dog is a Lhasa Apso, so his hair gets very long and matted. The place I had been taking him was unable to keep a groomer on staff, so it had been months since he had gotten a hair cut, and his hair was all matted and tangled. I thought it was a lost cause. I found this place, and based on the reviews decided to give it a try. What a great leap of faith that was! I had the male groomer with the ponytail, I'm not sure what his name was, but I decided to keep him on as Dusty's groomer every time I take him I liked him so much. Dusty looked wonderful when I picked him up, and even had a cute bandanna tied around his neck. He seemed happy and not traumatized by the encounter. I was also very pleased that when the groomer had to cut off more than I originally told him I wanted due to the extreme matting, I was called to ensure that was alright. In other words, no liberties were taken just because he was there. All in all, a GREAT place. I highly recommend it!

Service is great and the price is right!

They did an excellent job grooming my dog. It was a friendly, "family", and upbeat atmosphere. They treated and handled my dog very well! I also like the fact that they take in pets and help them find good homes and take good care of them until they find them a good home.
