To get it fixed and they would pay for it. No one is returning my calls. One phone number doesn’t have voice mail and when I call the other number the woman tells me she will have them call me

This was the worse experience I've had. This company is a complete rip off. Do not use them thugs... You might as well go into the hood and get rob.
I have contacted an attorney and filed a complaint with BBB.
They were 4 hours late, using the truck I paid 150.00 to move someone else.
Broke a lot of my items. Paid with cash 325.00 and was unable to get a receipt (my bad, trying to help the minority).
DO NOT USE THESE THUGS!!!!!!!!

I first used A & A in 2010, from Uhaul's website, when I moved from Maine to Charlotte: they were polite, reasonable, hard working. Used them again in 2013 when I bought a house in Fort Mill: same great experience! I used them a third time in 2015 after getting married and buying another house in Belmont, NC. Terrific experience for both my husband and myself! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I scheduled a move two weeks in advance and then confirmed the day before. The owner said that he had my contact information and we were all set within 24 hours of the appointment. On the morning of our move I rented a UHaul van and waited... for nothing. I called the owner 30 minutes after the appointment was scheduled and he said he would call his team and call me right back. I never received a call and no movers ever came. I'm out the cost of the UHaul and now have no movers. I have never dealt with a more dishonest, unprofessional company in my life

If you really want to no about A&A go to- www.uhaul.movinghelp.com. I say 95% of our reviews are 5 star dating back to 2010. Over 2000 moves completed. Check for yourself. We get our business by our performance, reviews, n referrals. Unlike big name moving companies. We take pride in this cause it feeds our families. Just want the truth out there. They are only doing this cause they got fired behind the same thing they say we do. Men lie, women lie, but numbers don't lie. If your moving, check us out. Our slogan is show up an show out. Do not pay there workers nor are they professional. Late for a lot of appointments and customer service is very poor

Alot of you may remember me as "Mike" .im one of the owners brother "ayana" and i left the company due to the fact of things where being stolen that would be overlooked , and that they picked people up last minute off the street that we ourselves had to hide our things at times .i would prefer best price movers if i was asked .but if you are looking for a. Hard working mover call # 980-581-4498. And ask for mike but this company is not to be trusted so i ���� for anyone who books with them

They will take good care of you and your things. They know how to pack things and unload things in a quick safe time.
