Derrick did a great job cleaning my off white rugs and making them look new again. Definitely worth the price and value. I will definitely hire again. Derrick even put down extra pet deodorizer and stain guard. Very pleased and satisfied. Full house was done within an hour and rugs dried in a few hours.

Mechelle and her crew are professional, efficient and most important, really good at what they do. We initially hired 5 Star Presidential Cleaning to clean our facility after a large-scale renovation and because of the great job they did then, we've continued with their service for the past 2 years. The cleaners did an AMAZING job in our offices. I am very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism as well as their willingness to go beyond the call of duty just to make sure all the dirt, dust and cobwebs are removed from our offices! Moreover, they made sure the rest of the building was green cleaned and dust free! I expect them to provide the same service in the future.

I will never use another house cleaning service in Charlotte. If it isn't 5 star, then you're not getting the best service out there. The cleaners were extremely thorough and very respectful. I work from home and was not bothered by then at all. I would highly recommend.

I hired them last minute and they were very accomodating! They did a fantastic job cleaning my home and the gentlemen who cleaned my house was very nice as well. All around hey were excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest, dependable, great cleaning service.

We needed our new office building cleaned following a year's construction. On short notice 5 Star Presidential Cleaning arrived to review the job and turned around their bid same-day. They arrived the following morning on time and were most impressive. Awesome attention to detail, patient, asked for our approval after each room was cleaned. Integrity was refreshing. I had a WOW experience with 5 Star Presidential Cleaning. I loved how they educated me on all the green cleaning techniques that they used in my home and how well my home was cleaned. They paid full attention to detail and quality. I have used a couple cleaning companies in Charlotte and was not impressed. I love this team! This is the third time 5 star has cleaned my home and I had a special event coming up at my home and I was wondering how I was ever going to be able to get the entire house ready. I had the team clean rooms that I never feel comfortable letting anyone else clean because of the antiques, heirlooms, etc. It was if they had done these two rooms routinely. I asked them to vacuum the floors and oriental rugs which I usually entrust to no one; the next thing I know the floors are being wet mopped and/or cleaned on hands and knees in the tight spots. So much stress lifted from my weekend! They hustled and cleaned their way right out of the house! Thank you very much! My home looks fantastic

5 Star Presidential Cleaning does a great job with office cleaning. I have been very impressed with their work and customer service. They are particularly good at floor stripping and waxing.
