Provided by YP.comI took a formal dress in to be cleaned. The dress came back with dirt spots on it that were not there before cleaning. Although documented that neither I nor the attendant saw the spots before cleaning the company is very reluctant to take responsibility for the mistake. The General Manager Heather was very rude to me and my husband on the phone. I wouldn't take any clothing one cares about to this establishment.
