Horrible! They made a huge mistake last year on our taxes and I caught. They had to fix it. I wanted them to look over the paperwork again and they refused. My husband insisted we use them again because mistakes happen. We dropped off our taxes a month ago and they still have not filed our taxes. We have called them four times. We have signed all the paper work for the taxes to be submitted and yet they have not done so. No client should ever have to remind the accountant to file taxes.
