I had the worst experience ever there. I don't remember the name of the woman that I had. But I called saying that I had dark hair and I wanted to dye it blonde. I showed up to the appointment a few days later and this lady asked me what I wanted and I told her like I told the woman on the phone that I wanted my hair blonde and a trim. She looked at me and said oh no... I can't do that. I can't. I didn't make enough time for you... I was like ummm ok. And she said I'll do something else you'll like it. I was like well I really wanted my hair blonde like I used to have it but ok. I still had some highlights in there but I wanted more. She ended up dying my hair DARKER getting rid of what blonde I had left in my hair... The dye she put in my hair was supposed to be black. I think. But my hair was literally blue. I work in a professional environment in an office with a LOT of other people and everyone at work was like ummm why is your hair blue. And not only that.. They cut 8 inches off of my hair. I wanted a trim... I cried for over a week because I hated it so much and when I left the woman knew she screwed up big time without me even saying anything and when I was leaving she gave me her card and said I know you probably won't want to come back but here's my card. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one is because the other women at the salon seemed really nice. I wish I remembered what the woman's name was so I could tell you just not to go to her unless you like short blue hair but I dont. If you go just make sure if you know that what you want could take a while make sure you let them know ahead of time.
