What he (Sean) said he would be done in a day, it took him a week because he underestimated the amount of material needed for the job. I agreed to buy extra material and he finally got around to getting it spread a week later but he didn't compact it. 2 days later he says that the compactor was broken. 12 days later and he still hasn't been back. He's never on time and he's always got excuses (truck broke down for one, but he's got more than one truck) which aren't always verifiable. He talks a good story but that's it. Figured I'd support local business and I paid him in good faith, but he took my money and didn't finish the job. Lesson learned find a real professional and get a signed contract.

First time called re appointment, Sean has a cold. Second time re appointment, no show. Very poor business practices. Unprofessional. Not recommended at all.
