Wonderful family owed business. Quick to service my refrigerator. Prompt service, knowledgeable employee and a good all round experience. We will use them for all future service repairs.

This is not a professional company when it comes to customer service, appliance repairs, and overall responsiveness. I had an issue with my washing machine and the repairer came out twice in two weeks and could not fix the washer due to lack of personnel. Once it was determined that it would take two repairers to do the job, the company implied for me (the customer) to do half of the work. This is unacceptable under any circumstance! The company suggested for me to move the washing machine to a more accessible area for them to fix the problem. This was due to incompetent repairers that could not successfully move it on their own. It appears this company works off of one repairer, one rude secretary, and let's not forget the one owner! This company was referred by AHS warranty and the co-pay was paid, but not returned after this issue. The issue was never resolved and a cancellation followed.

DO NOT USE! The were sent to me by ASH the compressor they put in was the wrong one for my fridge. the ice maker worked before the new compressor but not after. the repair guy left my kitchen floor a mess & black marks all over my counter tops & did not cover his shoes when he came into my home
