Terrible experience! Manager is rude & unprofessional. Poor installation & they don't stand behind their work. Would highly recommend taking your hard earned money to a business that appreciates it NOT nitro carpet outlet. Very dissatisfied!

If giving less than 1 star was an option, I would. Manager was terribly rude and disrespectful. Job was done poorly and company does not stand behind their work. Find someone else for your flooring needs!

I would recommend not using this company. They have been extremely rude throughout the process of picking stuff out for our house. It is unfortunate because they should have been more considerate. We have worked with many other company s who have been much more sincere and helped then those at the Nitro Carpet Outlet. I would say stay away if you can.

The absolute best floor purchasing experience that I have ever had. Everyone that works there from the sales person to the installation crew are so nice and easy to work with and they actually cared about my little room of carpet.Happy in Hurricane, WV

A great place to get quality deals. Got carpeting for entire house at a fraction of what I'd pay anywhere else.
