We used National Home Inspectors when we bought our home and have lived to regret that decision. He missed numerous electrical problems and 1 plumbing issue, all of which were obvious to someone who knows electric and plumbing. He admitted that he put incorrect information in our report but made us release him from ALL of his errors before he would pay to correct something he admitted he messed up on. He was rude and difficult to deal with throughout the process. He went so far as to tell us that to have an electrical inspection that you have to use a licensed electrician, and he is not a licensed electrician. Please do not depend on this business or you may be out thousands of dollars, like we are.
