This place is great! The service was good and the food was FANTASTIC!!

Customer service was horrible! I was calling about delievery and this girl answered the phone. Everything she said was entirely disrepectful. so i didnt even order anything from here. They need better employees with better attitudes. The only reasn there getting a star is because that's the only way i can post my review. I wouldn't recommend anyone to the restaurant.

the food is excellent but the owner is really rude to some customers and extra nice to others not of color and if you are going to have a business you need to treat all customers with respect

This is the best Chinese food in town. The owner makes you feel more than welcome by remembering not only your name but what your favorite meal is.

Main Kwong food is the best I've had since my 5 years here in Charleston,WV. The people there have never been rude to me. They all seemed stretched and overworked to me. But I guess that's why there food is so delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone! Keep up the good work! and definetely give the chef a raise...not a day off!
