Need better meats. Sirloin too much gristle

Waited for 45 min to then be told we had another hour and a half. NOT GOOD!

we went in for a surprise birthday party as we did last year as well, this year when I called to make a reservation they took it (as they did the year before) only this year when we went in half an hour before our requested time the hostess told me she was the one I spoke to and didn't tell me they took reservations only call ahead seating (now I work in a resturant and we don't use the tone nor the attitude she did with our guests we appoligize and try to make their time there better ) when a manager came to speak to me she seemed just as careless, if it weren't for our server being so patient with the whole group of us I wouldve rated them a zero!

Was a very good first time, had a lot of good choices and the food was as ordered and good. Even though they were pretty busy food came fast with no problems.

I have eaten here three times and each time the food was dreadful. They have no clue how to properly grill a steak and the prime rib is dry and overcooked. If you like your steak rare or medium-rare, go somewhere else.
