Not very professional.. Called several times and were very rude on the phone.

I always take my car to Garrett's and they have always done a great job. They have cheaper prices and stand behind their work.

I would without reservation recommend Garret Tire on West Washington St. in Charleston. A few months ago while traveling through Charleston our fuel pump went out on our car. Travis at Garrett Tire scheduled us in on what was already a full day for the shop. The service and professionalism with which he took care of our needs was refreshing. The support staff was curteous and deligent in their assessment and execution of services.
