Here is the thing. The commercial market is tight. We needed a refi on our commercial loan because the bank started calling loans on people in our area, because the bank needed funds, ... go figure. Shawn and his team were very fast. If you need a refi, and you need a term that is longer than your bank's 5yr callable, adjustable mortgage, ... call someone that knows what they're doing. Call Envision, and ask for Shawn.

These guys are awesome. Shawn and his staff took the time to really listen to what we needed and were able to finance our refi. Given we needed a little over 4 million dollars, our local bank, which as all of our accounts, simply offered a cut and dry loan; whereas, Shawn and his team provided numerous options. In particular, we were able to obtain a 30 year term, and I didn't have to personally sign my life away. The rate was awesome, and the time from start to finish was super fast.
