My wife Karen and I have been a customer of Al Marino for a few years now. We appreciate the service contract that we've had the opportunity to purchase. We feel that it's a good service and that it helps save the customer money. We've had the pleasure of having Ken Petty in our home several times and have never been happier with a service representative. He's always courteous, friendly, on time, very presentable, and very knowledgeable. It's so very true that people deal with people!!! We trust and like him!!

I called them and told them my heater wasn't working. The lady on the phone was very nice and before too long a technician was calling saying he was on his way. He was here about an hour and told me all my expenses up front. $272.00 later my house was warm again. A lot cheaper than I thought when it went out.

when my heating system stopped working my neighbor recommended al marino. when i called i was quoted 132.00 to come out to look at the unit. a very nice fellow come to my home and spent roughly two hours checking my system and explaining the components. at first i was skeptical about the 132.00 charge but realized after talking with the worker that it was well worth the money.(about 66.00 ea hr) there was a much needed cleaning and a part replaced and my total cost was 362.00. while the worker was still at my home but finished with the job i was called by his office to check if the job was to my satisfaction and all my questions or concerns were addressed. i was very pleased with the professionalism and of course would rather not have to spend the money but have certainly spent more for much less. i highly recommend.
