Rude, extremely rude. Apparently the owner doesn't realize this is overpriced costume jewelry. Super snooty even by Charleston standards.

Shopper beware!!!! I have never had such an upsetting experience in a retail store. Unfortunately I was accompanied by my eight year old daughter. This was her favorite store until the store owner yelled at me for handling the merchandise. I picked up a cheap costume jewelry bracelet. It caught my eye and I was interested in buying it. One foot in the door and the person who claimed to be the owner yelled at me. When I questioned her, she yelled louder from the back of the store and asked me to leave her store. You can imagine the shock of walking down beautiful King Street, walking into a store that someone pays rent to sell items to the PUBLIC and being verbally accosted. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident as I've learned from research online. I am not an enemy of the owner or a disgruntled employee. I am simply a potential customer who was treated horrifically for NO REASON!
