On a business trip in Charleston when my lower wheel bearing sheared and dropped the front end suspension to the ground. Shawn answered the phone and already busy for the day, he hesitated at first, but after telling him I was from out of town and wanting to make it back home, he took on the challenge and said he would pull his guys off to get me going again. Within 90 minutes of the tow truck off loading the vehicle, a new tire and ball joint were delivered from local businesses in minutes and the 2 mechanics worked side by side with the skill and quickness of a Nascar pit crew. Never had better service in my 40 years of driving!

Joe's has been in business since 1948 serving the low country. We specialize in exhaust repair and front end alignment's, but we do everything.



New staff

I had a bad engine they pulled my engine out and replaced it the same day with a warnty for one year cost was 94500 thanks to Byron Shawn and Dennis and even call me in 3days to see if everything was OK

I had my wheel bearing replaced here, and after their second attempt they sent me on my way. I immediately came back to them with a braking issue. They checked and said they could see anything wrong, to drive it and see if it got better. Today I got a second opinion. It turns out they still didn't have it right. The new place told me it was dangerous for me to be driving the truck in the shape they left it in. Now I'm getting charged again for a new part and labor. They clearly have no clue what they are doing.
