DO NOT USE FRANK S PAINTING AND DECORATING FOR ANYTHING!! I contacted him to sandblast, restore and paint my vintage patio furniture, he assured me he could do the job in a timely manner. He took my furniture and cash, and now I have neither. I made multiple attempts to call him, his phone was disconnected, I went to his house 3 times, he kept telling me he would have it to me in a month... 3 years later we have nothing. He is a cheat and a liar and a thief. Do not use him for anything!! I am giving Frank or whatever name he goes by NO STARS! I hope if anyone reads this I can save them the heartache and headache that he has given my husband and myself. I am trying to post this review to several sites!
