I will never use this office or their services again. My mother was in for an eye exam. She was told that she required eye surgery and was sent out to see a professional in Rostraver. At the same time, she was also sent for glasses, even though the surgery would change her vision. She paid for those glasses. When she saw the surgeon, she was told to cancel the glasses, as her vision would change. I called and cancelled. Now here we are 6 months later and Martinelli keeps changing her follow up appointment. It is going on a year with no glasses and they are unable to reevaluate her for 3 additional months. I called and cancelled her appointment and requested a refund on the $340 pair of glasses she never received. They will not refund. She is a senior citizen on a fixed income and they will not give her a refund on glasses she never received. It is not their policy. It seems to me that their policy is whatever is best for them, not their customers. Knowing she needed surgery, she never should have been fitted for glasses in the first place, yet that office went ahead and told her it was necessary and then charged her in advance for them. Poor professional standards!!

This place is a joke! I have never been treated so rudely as by their staff. Came here for an eye exam & contacts & nothing but probs. Bullied me in getting another brand of contacts, I tried them-my eyes swelled shut. The contact lady said she never heard of mine. She reorder many times to get my script right, each time waiting 1-2 weeks. This lasted 2 mos b 4 I got the correct lenses. I told her to order me 3 boxes. Took weeks to come in & when they did she only ordered me 2 boxes. I called to tell them & the girl answering the phone was so obnoxious & rude to me! Asked to speak to the office mgr & she was even more rude & obnoxious! I attempted to make her aware of my entire problematic exp over the 2 MOS & she did not care. She defended her rude staff without even listening to me & told me she was happy w/them. The lack of respect & incompetence is riduculous! They were also rude to my elderly mother & wrote in her chart that she was uncooperative! NEVER AGAIN!Going to Walmart.

The worst customer service EVER! The staff is rude and they are gravely incompetent. The office manager in Charleroi acted like an unprofessional jerk! Because of this I will never go back! Walmart is my next stop for glasses. I suggest everyone else do the same. Walmart has better prices, quality service and attitudes are left at the door.

I made my appointment they told me my insurance covered i wouldn't have to pay anything so when i arrived the dr told me i have a Stigmintizm im my right eye plus he wanted mw to change contacts i said no i prefer my orginal brand ge was pressuring me to purchase theres finally i was leaving i asked for my prescription the women said to give her $100 i said for what she said u have a Stigmintizm its extra i said i was told i didnt have to pay my insurance will pay for anything she said that was never said i told her it definitely was thats why i came in with nothing she said you need to give me $100 or leave an i will not give you your prescription either. I told her i was an i will let ppl know never to come here! Such awhful service!

A dr. I had some 38 yrs ago, I trust him! Try him you'll see what I mean!
