Love this place. It cuts our golden exactly as we want. Had to wait a bit longer to get waited on but no big deal.

I took my cat to get groomed (she's a long haired, indoor/outdoor kitty)- and I'll never go back. When I picked her up the groomer said she had a knick (spelling??) under each arm. When I got her home, she very obviously had more than that- including a larger one right on her back. She got a "lion" cut and it was uneven and choppy. (Note: I was told this was customary- I didn't specifically ask that she be groomed for cosmetic purposes).. Half of her whiskers were also cut. The groomer had a bad attitude, and I stood there for 10 minutes in the AM when I dropped her off-nobody was at the desk. I literally had to go back to my car and call them from my cell phone. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

The name says it all! No sticking your dog in a cage and calling it a day,each dog has his/her own "private room" with a dog door leading to a private patio! (The room is big enough to fit a twin size bed btw) each room has individual heating and air condition and even a "white noise" machine for dogs with separation anxiety. The 2 acre play yard has a small pool and dog toys. My dogs loved their stay even got to met other dogs in the play yard doing "group play" the staff groups dogs on size and temperament. And thats just the resort its slef the employees are great with dogs my dog doesn't like men but seems to love the guy that works there. Overall i loved the place and highly recommended it!!
