I would NOT recommend Bernard Hair Designers! Nobody was working when i went there except the MALE OWNER. He claimed to cut hair, but i believe differ. I asked him NOT to cut much off of my hair (he cut 3inchs), I told Bernard to put a little bit of layers in my hair.. but not so many that its noticable.. just enough to blend in with my hair. Bernard put a tremendous amount of layers in my hair and not to mention took a huge chunk out of the right side straight across. I told him to cut my bangs.. i wanted side bangs.. (this is where i knew he did NOT know how to cut HAIR!!) He put the sissors straight then slanted them... as if he was unsure how to cut them.. he cut them straight across! Then went to the other side and cut a strand of hair to match my bangs!!!!!! My hair looked so awful, i've never had a hair cut as terrible as the one i got today. I would never recommend Bernard to my WORST ENIMES! I went to GREAT CLIPS and they did the best they could to fix my damaged hair... I can't say anything more about this salon.. don't ever go get your hair done there! Ever. Even if your like me (stupid) and wanted to get your hair cut and THOUGHT the place would be good. NOT RECOMMENDED EVER!
