6 months ago I called B and A to powerwash my siding- They came while I was at work and when I got home, none of the lights in the basement or garage worked. I talked to one of their guys that night, and they said "If they don't come back on, call us tomorrow."



I called back the next day to also tell them how bad areas of the house looked, because they said "if you're not happy with the work, we'll come back out". No one ever answered. Several calls over the next three weeks went unreturned. I even went on their website and filled out an online form requesting that they contact me. I also sent them two certified letters that they refused to sign for, and were returned to me. I was contacted yesterday after six months about my "overdue bill". I explained that I am out $100 dollars to an electrician to get my lights and outlets working, and the house still looked terrible.





She said that they would not assume responsibility for the water damage, because all they use is a "light spray", and if the problem happened during cleaning, it would happen every time it rained. I've been through several torrential downpours, never had a problem. She asked if they could come back and clean to my satisfaction, and of course I refused. They have been evasive for six months, now they want to fix it???? She ended up telling me "see you in court" and hanging up on me. She mentioned that we would be sent to collections.
