Always polite and professional. I pay my fees on time instead of complain that they're not there in March or April or May. They told me they have to go to court all the time and run errands which makes sense I rather them not sit on their butts all day and actually get out in the community. They have a dropbox.

Worst association staff ever, I went to the office to complain bout the staff cuz didn't let go my son in the swimming pool with a sport shirt which is fine but they were another person in swimming pool with regular clothes so I let her know, seems she didn't care not a bit. They need to be even with everybody. Very unprofessional.

One of the better HOAs in this area. Glad they are getting rid of these rule breakers who want loud parties, junk cars, and garbage all over. The ones mad are the lazy ghetto people who want to trash this place I'm sure.

Excellent and professional staff. Younger black lady was really nice, helped me a lot. I like the new clubhouse and setup.

Extremely professional. Always there even stayed late for me to arrive after work. Very nice staff! I feel bad they have to deal with liars and people who want to break rules so they get upset. They give you FIVE months to pay your feesSo you have plenty of time. How about you pay your fee on time instead of expect them to stay late fir you to pay late? Better than having to go way across town like other mgmt companies. They also provide a mailing address. Try not to call during hours they are closed. Duh

They are one of the worst business or office I've encountered. Unprofessional, not available, do not answer their office phone, I left numerous voicemail messages and hardly return the phonecall back. If they want the housing fee paid immediately they should provide a safe drop box. The office is gated and it's lock all the time so there is no way for us to even slide in the office door. Then they charge us late fee so fast. We are working people and we go to work early and get off late, their office hours starts late and they close early???
