Never, ever, again! Yesterday was the worst nail salon experience ever...I called ahead for our appointments, but I wasn't aware I needed to make sure their equiptment was working correctly -- which, it turns out it was not but no one bothered to check in the three hours between my call and our appointments. THEN, when we found out part of service would not be completed, and we were rightfully pissed-off, the "main" nail tech babbled NON-STOP in Vietmanese (HINT: Turn your Smartphone to "Translate" mode) about us, until I started talking about opening my all English-speaking nail-tech salon. That shut her up for about a minute -- Praise God! They refused us any discount -- not even $3 bucks off our pedi's -- to make up for our lost services and then STILL continues to talk smack about us. Ummm, Smartphone are smart enough to translate ANY language, Nail Gallery -- your days of slamming your customers while we sit there are OVER.

Worst salon in the area, the manicurist was rude, the service was sub-par and i ended up with a sloppy and poorly executed manicure. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND DONT COME HERE!!!!!
