I came here for a problem I was having with my bladder and was immediately convinced to buy into allergy drops (this had nothing to do with why I came to the doctor). The PA wanted me to do a bunch of test for my bladder issue even though he was referring me to a urologist to get these test done. I told the nurse I was going to wait on the urine test since I was going to be going to my urologist. Then when we we were talking about how she wanted me to do an X-ray I asked her if I should do this if I might be pregnant. Annoyed, she slammed the door to ask the PA. When she came back she said, "you're fine." I insisted that I'm pretty sure you shouldn't get an X-ray if you're pregnant and she shot back saying, "well, are you going to do a urine test or not?!" She was unbelievably rude and like I already told her I wanted to wait on all testing.

When I came in for my yearly physical a few months ago, they were trying to run 6 different test (I'm in my 20's, exercise and eat extremely healthy with no health issues). They were also trying to book me a year ahead of time. Very much focused on their sales. I refuse to go back here after two bad experiences.

This practice use to be amazing. Now it is the worst. They have no respect for people's time or inconvenience. The last year not a single appointment has been on time including a simple lab. They forget you after you've checked and no decency or respect enough to say sorry we are running behind. Those of us who work or have family know time is money. Some thing changed in there management a while back and not for the better. The only reason I have not changed is the only ray of light there is Suzanne K. She is the best PA I have ever met. I just wish there office staff and the administration had as much care for others. If your time isn't worth money and can sit for 30-45 minutes past your time by all means go. They need schedulers who know what they are doing and management that cares.

I have been so pleased and happy with WFP. The personnel are friendly, personable, and very professional, exceptional in their jobs. I've been with you all for just over a year now and everything has been outstanding. Dr. DeLorenzi is the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Turner for several years and have never had a problem scheduling an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Nor have I ever felt the slightest trepidation in asking questions concerning my health. Dr. Turner has always answered my questions respectfully, without a single sign of impatience or rude behavior. Personally, I do not feel that the new prescription policy should be looked at so negatively, and am in complete agreement with thomas5576. Any medications prescribed to a patient SHOULD be closely monitored to ensure long term damage does not occur. Medications can be just as harmful as they can be helpful. I have no intention of changing my healthcare provider, especially when they actually take an interest in how their patients are progressing, rather than just prescribing medications at the patients' convenience. Dr Lime is a genuinely nice Dr with a lot of knowledge with regard to alergies. He seemed willing to listen to your concerns. Just becareful with your insurance, because if there's something you don't know whether or not its covered it could hurt you. They do not give an estimate of costs prior to insurance so if you have just average insurance, I would double check before you allow services and know that even a nebulizer treatment is almost $100. The online payment system isn't reliable and does not always work, so double check to be sure payment is received. None of my visit work/care was covered by my insurance.
