it should be a negative star rating....how he has evaded the bbb for so long is because he's only had a legit business for a year....if there were anymore businesses in town selling video game machines this guy'd be out of business. his prices are outragous, his customer service is worse, and stand behind his product....you've got to be kiddin me. just ask some general question about him on craigslist...you'll see..

bob has done all sorts of devious things....devious things...if you are smart....take your business somewhere else.

This is a compeditor that has been putting that same story out about this guy for two years. Story is getting very old and boring.

I own a rental company and have spoke with a few local vendors in the area about arcade games. Bob has been the most consistent and so far them most upfront about all of his games. When shopping unless you are buying new, understand that used is used and I believe he will back any product he sells. He was willing to work on a game that he did not sell. Thumbs up so far for the business.

After eating my way out of business , I wandered into this store where the owner let me play games all day long, even tho he knew I wasnt going to buy anything. As the sun slowly sank over the horizon, I decided to go set up my tent for the night in a field of tall grass. Before I got out the door , the owner handed me a set of keys. "Whats this?", I asked. He informed me it was the keys to his car his house, and a safety deposit box with $250,000 in it. He insisted I take it since he could see I was having a bad day. I said "WOW, thanks alot", and jumped int my new electric hybrid car and drove to my new home. You just dont meet people like that every day. I give "BOB", a big thumbs up. The only down side was that he lied about the money in the SDB. There was only $212,000. I figured he must not be very good at math tho, because he seemed pretty honest to me. I highly reccomend his store.Chris

I went to this guys store the other day and, after looking around, I informed him I was interested in his Jurassic Park pinball machine. I asked how much it was and he told me it was "a steal at $2500". Knowing this game books at around $1800, and realistically sells for $1500 or less, I told him "No thanks" and made a counter offer. After that, he got quite upset and actually told me "I'm not lowering the price. If you don't buy it, someone else will." He then insisted I leave, his face began turning beet red and I thought he was having a heart attack. Then, all of the sudden, he let out a very loud fart, after which he just stared me down until I left his store. Without a doubt one of the most disturbing moments of my life. I would highly recommend avoiding this psycho's store.######CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED
