Worst place ever to get psychiatric help ever. I was with them for almost five years seeing Mark. When I started seeing him he was at 83rd Avenue and Bell Road. For two years I was with him there and then they moved him to Chandler location 40 miles from my home. I was able to see him for another two years through telemedicine and then one week before my appointment they called and told me I had to come in person so they could get my vitals. I asked if I could visit the Phoenix office so I didn't have to spend the better part of a day for a 15 minute visit. He would not accommodate me at all because he was busy and the times his office had were not convenient. After over four years of being with them to not be willing to work with me and giving me no notice at all I find that horrible. They are dealing with my medications and psychiatric health but do not care at all. Do yourself a favor and find another place to be seen. They obviously do not care about their patients.

I don't have an issue with the treatments. But, I checked with the office before starting my kids there to ensure they were in-network, and I was assured they were. I have Blue Cross/Compsych, which I told them. And, of course, I gave them my insurance card. My son was given a doctor who was in network. But when my daughter started, they put her with two doctors that were out of network, which I discovered 5 months later when I got the bill for $321. I contacted the office and was told "Our office staff do not have the time or resources to guarantee benefits for every patient and their benefit packages. Which is why our policy states that it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know their benefit packages. We are aware of our contracts and are in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield which is why our people stated we were contracted with them in the first place."
