Dr. Perales is board certified Family Physician and provides primary care and acute care for all ages. She focuses on treating each patient as a whole person while providing individualized comprehensive care for all ages. Prior to opening Live Well Family Medicine in Chandler, AZ she worked as a primary care physician and urgent care physician for the Maricopa Integrated Health System in Phoenix, AZ and for Kaiser Permanente in northern California. She completed her family practice residency training at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington where she was elected Chief Resident and received the Excellence in Community Award.
