Had the worst experience with them. I signed up for a monthly payment. Things went ok since I didn't go in and use my massages much. I ended up with 9 hrs paid to use. I signed up for several. (the masseuses are great, the front desk.... terrible) I then gifted one and they harrassed that person and were unbelievable rude. Said it wasn't allowed... made nasty faces and had terrible attitudes. It was his Birthday! Then they said they would mail me coupons for remaining hrs since I cancelled my membership. I never recieved them and my account now shows there are no hrs left, basically stealing my last hrs. I would never recommend them to anyone!
