Talked to owner I believe, yesterday very nice. Had employee of his come to my house to give me estimate, he was strange. Gave me different quote than owner (yes, I know it was an estimate), would not sign his name or give me his name on estimate paperwork. Felt very uncomfortable. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

After our kitchen bay window developed leakage in between the double paynes of glass, causing the window to permanently fog, we found Gilbert Glass on Dex. The technician who came to measure explained how the original glass had become compromised and took us through the steps of how their installation process avoids these pitfalls. They ordered the glass the day they measured and called to schedule the install just five short days later. Both times the technician visited our home, he arrived in a timely fashion and worked quickly to complete the measuring and installation work. Now, looking out the kitchen window no longer makes us cringe as we have a crystal clear view of our backyard and pool. Thanks Gilbert Glass for making everying look amazing!

I had Gilbert Glass replace 3 different panes of 3 different windows that were bad. They came out, gave me an excellent price, (better than all the other local quotes), had the windows in and replaced painlessly to the home and the checkbook. I will always suggest them to people needing window service.

I needed a single pane window fixed when a neighbor's child broke it while playing ball. I called Gilbert Glass and they fixed it the next day. They had given me a three hour time block on when they would come and fix it. Of course I thought that I would be waiting all day for them like the cable company, but they were there within the time block that they gave me. I will recommend Gilbert Glass to anyone who has a broken window.
