History

Your Eyes Only Optical was established in 1948 in downtown historical Chandler, Arizona. In 1981, Dr. Kowalczyk moved from Syracuse, NY with his family and has been serving the community ever since. We have been active in the Chandler Lions Club program, and we continue to work locally to promote eye health for all ages. We are family owned and operated, so we strive to give a personal and caring experience for you and your family.

Our Doctor

Dr. Kowalczyk has been the sole Optometrist at his practice since 1981. He graduated from Arizona State University then went on to graduate at Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1978. He is dedicated to his work and provides the utmost patience for every person he encounters. You will notice right away at his thoroughness and time spent to guarantee you a quality eye care experience you have never had anywhere else.
