Provided by YP.comThanks to Ryan, I'm feeling the best I've felt yet. What I like about him is that he gets you results, without being a bossy personal trainer. It's more about the place and the family that keeps you motivated. I have gotten to know everyone in my group in Chandler so they feel like family. I know that sounds weird but it's helping! I show up and make sure I've made progress. Just being accountable to everybody is what I needed.
