I had a good haircut here the first time I went there. After that I've been back 3 times and each time they were too busy to accommodate me in under an hour! Not the stylists fault, they are always understaffed so badly that convenience is lost. Last time there was only one stylist there giving a time consuming perm and another person waiting ahead of me. Who's running this place?
