Leading up to the wedding David was very professional and helpful. He promptly responded to text messages and emails. The day of the wedding he arrived on time and went to work. He wasn't really assertive with posing and getting people to be comfortable in front of the camera. He basically came to the wedding, took pictures and then left. A month after the wedding I still hadn't received my pictures. I emailed him and he promptly responded that my pictures would be coming. They came two weeks later. When I opened the disc I received more pictures than what was in my contract, which I thought was his way of apologizing for getting me my photos late. However, when I actually opened the photos I started crying-and not in a good way. My pictures were ruined. They were extremely blurry, cropped bad (my husband's head was cut off on more than one occasion), crooked, or just not even good. In our rebooking appointment I explained that the one picture I wanted was of my husband's face as he saw me walk down the aisle...didn't get it at all. I'm so disappointed that I will never get the memories I paid for of the day that will only happen once in my lifetime. I have been calling, texting, and emailing David for the passed couple of weeks to get a refund and it's like he has disappeared off the face of the earth. He did respond and state that he didn't see anything wrong with the pictures so he wouldn't be getting me a refund. If he was a professional photographer than he would know that these pictures were bad. Please don't not book David as you will not be getting any usable pictures of your event.
