I have never thought that buying a phone would be such a hassle, or at least everyone at that location made it seem that way. This is my first time giving a review for something or anything. This store needs some serious manangment training, or even better someone who can manage (8) people to just listen to someone without rolling their eyes, review all of the products and terms in the store, so that some other customer doesnt need to correct the verizon"specialist". They really did put the S in sock.
