California pools and landscape is one of the best pool place I've ever seen. The people were all helpful and I really appreciate their kindness to us.

We just had a pool completed with California Pools in Sept of this year. It was a great experience. We worked with Joe who is an awesome designer and put up with all our changes. Construction was done on time and our pool was finished before we knew it. We love our pool and look forward to really using it next summer!

Since we were moving to Az during the height of the summer heat, we knew we needed a pool as soon as we got here. We worked with DJ at California Pools who made a free-form design for our backyard, helped us choose the materials and colors and got the process started before we even arrived here. We moved in July 4, 2012, and the pool was already dug! Over the next few weeks the workers digilently worked through the oppressing heat and shortly thereafter our beautiful pool was ready to be enjoyed.



Everyone was very, very courteous, prompt, organized, and the office checked with us often to assure that everything was up to our expectations.



I was totally impressed at how the pool came out and the personal service given by everyone involved with the company.



They are a great company to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who would like a wonderful, personalized, beautiful private pool to enjoy right in the back yard!

Love our new pool! The staff at California Pools was very professional from the start to the end. Monte the project supervisor is very particular and made sure everything was just perfect. The company owner even call to make sure we were satisfied . I would recommend to anyone for their pool or landscape project.

Faaaabulous experience! From the sales/design process to the finished product, everything was just right. We simply can't say enough about our Superintendent Monte. His responsiveness and attention to detail kept the whole process running smoothly and ensured a finished product that exceeded our expectations. They even sent a mobile unit to our house to choose colors so we didn't have to make a trip to the office. That was such a pleasant surprise! The office staff kept us right on schedule even though we threw 2 changes from the original plan into the mix! They're all so nice and they kept us well informed as to who would be at the house when. Not once were we left waiting for a crew that never showed - not once!! Amazing! Simply put, they did everything they said they'd do and more, every step of the way.

I wanted to write a note to say thank you. Notes are always sent when something is wrong but rarely when something is good.



From the beginning you told us you stand by your product and will do anything to make the customer happy and you did.



I do have to say we have had some issues but you always handled them in a very professional manner and always did everything possible to correct the issue.



Your company is one of the rare companies today that stands by its product!

Just a quick comment to thank you for the wonderful remodel that you and your crews did on our pool. It is hard to believe that just one month ago we began this project, and we are swimming in our new pool. We are delighted with all the work that was done and the professionalism of all the people we had contact with throughout the project. We have had many complements form our friends, family and golfers that go by our back yard. Many have watched as the project progressed. You guys are hard to miss cause you make a little noise and dust!!! We are appreciative of the quality of the work and the way each crew cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis.

We started pool builder shopping in the early fall of 2010. California Pools was on the list. After visiting their show room and, spending time with Joe M., we quickly narrowed down our choice. Joe was honest, realistic and a pleasure to deal with. He told us the honest truth about our wants and likes...very enlightening! After we decided on California Pools we were treated with the same professionalism. All the staff at California Pools shared the same attitude...from Lisa M., to the exceptional pool building and landscape staff, to Monty M. ( who explifies quality and control) we are more than pleased.



The product is one thing but their attention to our concerns was another. We mentioned to Monty we didn't like a number of the travertine deck stone that had defects in them. He asked us to mark them but we had to leave and din't mark them as requested. When we returned all the suspect pavers were replaced and many more. I could go on and on...but my honest assessment is the people that are California Pools take care of their customers "period"!



I happily give the them 5+ stars out of 5.

I've made a video from the start of marking the layout of our pool to the finished product. Dave, our salesman, for CA Pools was our first contact and he made us feel very comfortable by going over every detail about the company, pricing, time frame, and if there are any problems. He did not pressure us into signing any contracts and made sure that we were totally educated in all aspects. During our initial visit with Dave we were totally honest with him by telling him that we had other pool companies that we were getting appraisals on. He assured us that CA Pool's will do the best job for us. Within a couple of days Dave called us to let us know that he would be sending, via email, a 3-D rendition of our property and how the pool-that we wanted-would fit in. I was amazed at how fast we got the renditions and everything that we asked for was there for us to see. This is our first pool so we didn't know what to expect once we signed the contract. Once we made the decision to go with CA Pool's we had nothing but the best communication with Dave as well as the people in the office. Any question or concern was immediately addressed and we didn't get the runaround that many companies do. We often felt so good that we were being treated like ROYALTY. Every crew that came from knocking down our wall, getting the heavy equipment in the yard to dig out the earth, plumbing, wiring, steel work, making our steps & benches, holes for our umbrellas, pebbling, tiles, lighting I can go on forever, were remarkable and friendly. After using the heavy equipment a new crew came in to put up a brand new wall and also painted it with the same exact color that our entire area has. Every crew that came cleaned up after they left and were respectful when our dogs needed to go out and do their business-LOL. We would highly recommend anyone to CA Pool's and gladly show them our video so they can rest assure that they chose the right Pool company. Thank you so much Dave and Lisa for being there for us and to Dave especially for coming out many times just to check up on us and make sure that everything had met our expectations. I had my pool totally redone and the company I chose was California Pools. it is the same pool but you would not know it---new deck, waterfall, and interior. I heard horror stories about remodeling pools but was pleasantly surprised. Lisa was especially great to work with, ask for her.

This company was awesome to deal with. I love my pool and backyard. The construction ran smoothly and I have had no problems with my project. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

California Pools builds the best pools ever!



Wow MarciaW my experience with California Pools was the exact opposite. They built me a beautiful pool and landscape for my backyward. The entire project from contract signing to swimming took less then 6 weeks. Their quality is amazing and customer service (even after the sale) is always top notch. A friend referred California Pools to me and I am glad she did. Her pool process went just as soothly as mine did.

•This company did a large amount of work on our pool and cool deck and I can emphatically say DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. The salt water system broke one week after warranty ran and could not be fixed. They suggested we buy a new better one from them. (yea, right) Our cool deck was and still is a disaster. Before warranty was over the surface kept "popping away" from the cement and falling off. The company acted like we were being unreasonable. They sent out a young rude man who did little to help us. They half-a** patched several spots and then sprayed (painted) the surface. We told them the surface wasn’t the problem, the cool deck hadn’t been properly adhered to the cement. Once this company got our money they took it and ran. No customer service. We should have taken them to court or to the BBB. I was just outside and found yet another area that is popping up (separating) from the cement. We will have to hire another company to redo the whole surface.

AUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH What a terrriable company from communication, to products used and supervision.We had our pool built, love the design and sales presentation, but then the issues started with leaks, supervisionn of thier subs, wrong materials delivered, and lack of caring to the few issues that came up.

We put in our pool 1 year ago and I can't tell you how beautiful it is. The odd thing is that California Pools used a 13 year old picture that we had drawn up when we bought our house. The digitally enhanced picture that California Pools showed us looks identical to the dream pool that was built. My husband and I can tell that the service was exceptional and the contractors were great and the amount of time that the supervisor put in for us because we were brand new to the pool world was incredible. The Bungalow gift card was a pleasant surprise as well.

California Pools always stands by their warranties and customer commitments. Their customer service is friendly and prompt. I refer California Pools to anyone who wants to build a pool in AZ! They build the best pools in town.

California Pools did an excellent job on our play pool and we're picky. We had them come out several times for little things and they had no problem making sure that we were completely satified.

Unbelievable customer service and quality! If you are looking for the best value for dollar and a beautiful backyard paridise, California Pools is the only company to work with!
