I had my minivan in here 3 time strong to resolve a brake issue-so frustrating����

What a mess. Short version: The manager doesn't know what he is doing. Doesn't know how to talk to, or deal with clients. Coward.

Long Version: I called ahead to ask how long it would take for a rear brake job, 35 min. Ok that's reasonable. I will just take my 2 young children with me. We will run errands across the street. The manager Ryan, called me an hour later and told me what else needed to be done. Struts. Ok well not today, just the brakes. He didn't tell me at that time that he had ordered the wrong brakes. (Or he said that they brought the wrong brakes). I am a very forgiving person. But he didn't tell me. I am wandering around with my 2 young boys. I get back there and I had to ask him why it was taking so long. Then he tells me. But he insists that it is really close and the guy will be there and it will be done in no time. At about the 2 hour mark I give up and call a friend to come and get my kids. Now the wrong brakes have been ordered 3 times. I start to get irritated. TELL me to go home? nope he doesn't offer a ride or anything. At 4 hours I am seething. My friend comes back and gets me. He offers 10% off on my strut job. That makes me madder. I tell him to think of something better. Get a call soon after that it is all done. Bob the mechanic comes and picks me up. He is a very nice man. I liked him very much. Wish I could use HIM in the future. He knows what he is doing. I call Ryan a week later and ask him what he has thought of. 15% off. Never mind. I'm going some where else. I'm Done. They got the job done but the customer was completely mishandled. This was about 3 weeks ago. I'm over it but I wanted to warn others that the manager is incompetent. If not that, young and inexperienced.
