I SCHEDULE A REPAIR TO FIX MY DRYER AND WAITED NEVER SHOW UP. I CALL SOME ONE ELSE A WEEK LATER AND FIX IT THE SAME DAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CALL OR SHOW UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

I had a problem with my freezer/ refrigerator and called the company. When I told Don what was my problem he immediately told me what to do to fix it right over the phone. Within the hour the freezer was working beautifully just like before. This kind of integrity is hard to find. Another company wanted to replace computer board and charge me $350.00.

I called Affordable Appliance Repair and Vent on 7/1/07, which was on a Sunday and left a message. Don called me back immediatley, he asked what was happening to the washer, he knew exactly what was wrong, gave me a price quote over the phone and we scheduled for him to come out the next day. He was true to his word and was on time. I didn't expect such great service! KUDOS to you Don.... I will use you in the future and let anyone that I know as well.
