Provided by YP.comAfter waiting four hours to see somebody from safeworks I was told to come back in a week for a follow up. So I came back in a week and was told that the physician was not in the office today. So they were to call me with another appointment. After playing phone tag with Michelle for a month I was written up at work for not following thru with workman's comp policy and was not paid for the time that I had to be off!!
