I can't say enough great things about Pampered Pet Hotel and Doggie Day Care. On my recent visit to the University of IL, Urbana-Champaign my regular dog sitter was unavailable and then an arrangement with another doggie daycare business fell apart at the last minute. I called Pampered Pet Hotel and Doggie Day Care in a complete panic, since I needed immediate care for my darling Cezanna, aka "Goddess of the Windy City." My urgent request to drop Cezanna off immediately was met with warm, professionalism and a cheerful "bring her right over." Upon arrival, I was able to arrange not just professional day care but also a bath, grooming, and nail clipping! Wheew….what a relief, when I returned several hours later to find Cezanna happily wagging her tail and looking every bit the pampered "Goddess of the Windy City." Thank you Pampered Pet Hotel and Doggie Day care for saving my day and giving Cezanna the best of care! Your the best in Champaign….
