Awesome staff and very fast with a very little wait time.also very well trained faculty members overall great vistit

Dentists scare me and the thought makes my stress jump but I was able to get oral sedation and the staff was so comforting that it made me want to come back and continue to make my smile brighter.

I have been coming here for two years now, and have had a great experience each time! The dentists, hygienists, and business assistants are always VERY friendly and easy to talk to about any questions or issues. I would recommend this place not only for the wonderful atmosphere but also the great work they do each time on my teeth! :)

My experience started with an emergency dental visit, they did the exam and a root canal during this visit. My whole family now goes here and we all agree this is going to continue to be our family dentist. My daughter Alexis and I have both had root canals there, both were quick and painless. One time during an extensive cleaning, they realized that I had later work scheduled on the side of my mouth that was currently numb. Instead of having me come back another time, they went ahead and did the work right then. We have had several other visits between the whole family.....each and every time the entire staff is friendly and the pain is kept to a minimum. I know nobody enjoys going to the Dentist but if I got to go its going to be Dr. Collins office at Champaign Dental Group. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, as a matter of fact my daughter will be getting her braces there shortly. :)

I rarely leave reviews but I feel like I must in this case. I have been a patient of this office since 2009 and have kept the same insurance plan since then. I recently switched employers and kept the same exact Aetna DMO that I had since 2009 but just with a new employer. They are also listed as a dental group that accepts the insurance on Aetna's website. They used this opportunity to boot me and my family as patients because they weren't accepting new DMO members, just the one that have had it since 2009 (effective date changed). Since I have been a customer since 2009 you might think that might include me as well....but nooope...guess they don't care if they lose patients
