Mr. Byers is a great guy and will help you with anything on your vacuum. He's honest & Christian which I really appreciate. He's NOT some guy just in it for the money who tells you whatever benefits HIM the most. If you want REAL quality & not just some junky piece of crud they sell at the retailers he's the man. My family has done business with him for a long time 10+ years & he sells quality vacs with great service. BTW - who else even services small appliances etc., anymore? He even has many parts in his store that he'll sell/fix you at very reasonable prices!! You don't find any better than Mr. Byers!!!

I want to give them a 5 star rating for their repairs on my sweeper. I hate to retire my sweeper and with their help I have been able to keep it going. My sweeper is about 10 years old and it works like new. I want to make sure that everybody knows where to go for their repair.

Mr. Byers has provided us with a great new Miele vacuum. He is able to explain about the use of this



vacuum at the time of the sale. Willing to work with us just before closing time at his store.
