Discovered that my water heater was leaking. Called Rodney B Smith and a technician was at my door within 24 hrs with a quality replacement water heater. He removed old unit and had new one installed in little over an hour. This included replacement of faulty knobs on water line and replacing with quality ball valves that won't fail. Top notch service and Tech (Mike) answered all of my questions. Do not hesitate to contact them for outstanding service!

I have used them for a couple of small repairs. my home has a custome size filter and they were able to get them and sell them to me at the same price I would pay for store bought ones. best experience is a weekend emergency during the summer. My son has asthma and we could not wait until monday to have our unit looked at. They came right out, was very professional and courteous. not at all as if we were interupting the weekend. This may be the attitude of the technician coming through. but he represented his company very well.

Called for a simple replacement of an existing unit to my mobile home.

I was told We don't do mobile homes.

It's nice to know that someone makes enough money to pick and choose their jobs.
