Provided by YPmobileRoger was very impersonal when handling my father's cremation ...all business. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone! There wasn't even a box of tissues to be found both times we were there. He never even extended condolences until we we were walking out the door as if by obligation...way to make a sad time even worse!
