BEST EVER!!!!

hello my name is Pamela D. & I've been with IESI for almost 1 year. I lived in Waynesboro Pennsylvania & all I have to say that I LOOOOOOOVE THEM!!! My trash was ALWAYS picked up & the driver a few times picked up my bags that were beside our trash can & 1 bag broke but he was very fast in picking every little trash up immediately! He's a young American guy I just wish he didn't smoke cigarettes so much because every Thursday I'd look out my window he had a cigarette in his mouth & that can kill him sooner or later :'( other than that I want to thank IESI for the exceptional service I was given! Plus each time I'd call in to pay or ask something the lady knew who I was :) great memory! Now my last day with him is today 10/23/14 since I moved to a community that has big dumpsters for their residents but they also have IESI :) God bless this wonderful company :) my best wishes! We had their garbage service for almost 7 years,yesterday someone from the comoany came and took my trash can,I called them and they said I never paid my bill for last quarter,which I never got the bill. They discontinue service without sending me notice.I was made so I paid for what I owed send got Patk service which is $20 cheaper .I thank you Isei for discontinued service.

I am currently battling IESI due to a bill I never knew existed being sent to collections, which has now negatively affected my credit report. I was never contacted about the lack of payment by mail or by phone to even know the $52 bill existed. Now, as I apply for another mortgage, the collections blemish has tanked my credit score. I have contacted the IESI PA customer service department to explain this issue and am awaiting resolution. I can't believe a company doesn't communicate with their customers over billing issues and then sends the bill to collections without contacting them! What awful business practices!

I paid my bill in advance. My township than changed my provider. I have been waiting 4 month to get a refund of $56. Each time I call, I get a different excuse as to why I haven't received this refund. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. To lmartin, I'm not sure where you lived before but they all do what you have mentioned. My problem with IESI was that they left trash on the ground and they missed several pick up days claiming their truck was broken down. Hey maybe that's is why they need my $56! Waste management were the best, in my opinion, and I have had 4 different providers.

Recycling & Considerate Workers

We moved to Greencastle 9 months ago and chose ISEI as our garbage removal service. They offer recycling which is very important to us. I am so pleased with their services. The workmen are always very careful to leave our trashcan upright and off the road. They have been pleasant when I have been outside and interacted with them. I would highly recommend IESI's service!
