The Chambersburg congregation was established in 1908. The Home Mission Board of the Southern Pennsylvania District of Church of the Brethren built the original Chambersburg Church, and the congregation was officially organized in 1910. Our congregation has 338 members with an average worship attendance of about 225. We have a balance of ages and generations, with a growing group of families with young children. We are please to announce the completion of our new "Brethren Life Center" which is a large multi purpose room, with a seating capicity of 400. Also renovations which include a new administrative wing, better handicapped accessible features and numerous improvements throughout the building.
