Very professional and knowledgeable staff at Appalachian. They fixed a bunch of different electrical issues for us. Smoke detectors, repairs on outlets, installing new lighting, and repairing a GFCI for us. Priced very reasonable and fast response time. I would hire them again if I have the need!

Lightning struck my home, so I had them out to do an inspection. They explained a change in electrical code that needed to be addressed. What I really liked was that, he treated this like an inspection, not a sales call. I wasn’t pressured into doing the work right then and there. I felt comfortable with him, so I had them go ahead and make the changes. Work was quickly completed. Highly recommended based on their honesty!

We had a fire in a breaker panel – scary! I had a quote from one company that was for $3000 to fix it! I gave Appalachian Electric a call and the owner said he could be out within the hour to come look at it. 30 minutes later… he was at my house and gave a quote of $1600 for the replacement. I accepted quickly, and they went to work immediately! The job was finished up in less than 5 hours. They labeled all of the breakers for each part of the house so I knew what each one went to. Very clean work! Highly recommend them for all of your electrical service needs!

Called Appalachian Electric this evening because of an electrical emergency. I spoke with Jonathan regarding the issue. He was very helpful… and recommended I call the power company instead of paying him for a service call. His honesty was very impressive! I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family for any electrical problems that may face. Thanks again for your integrity Jonathan!

This was a big project. The low voltage patch panel was in horrible shape. There weer so many wires coming out of the panel that the cover on it wouldn’t even close. No one was willing to install a larger patch panel for us… except for Appalachian Electric. They met the challenge and blew us away with the results. Very pleased with the service!
