We ordered 2 loads of sand to be delivered on Saturday morning at 7:30. By 8:30, we attempted to call to find out where the sand was but got no answer. A family member went over there about 9:30 and was told they had closed early on Friday because it had rained and they would not be delivering this weekend. They did not notify us and we had rented a bobcat for the weekend at a cost of $300 and had 6 people waiting to help spread the dirt. They didn't seem to care, made no apologies and no offer to reimburse us for our now useless bobcat rental.
