Called to get some help and get some questions answered. The person who picked up the phone was very Rude and I called at 3:15 pm. I was told I had to come to the shop now and bring it in, went to the shop and found out it was closed at 3:00pm. Why tell me to come when you are closed

People don't get off work till 3:00 an the store closes for 3:00 an closed on weekends.So I need to take off work jus to pick up my lawnmower. Stupid hours.
